Executive Coaching
Being a nonprofit executive can be both exhilarating and lonely. I know, I’ve been there. Surrounded by staff, donors, and board members, we often feel we have no one to talk to, no one who understands the realities we face.
In my practice I am dedicated to both supporting and challenging organizational professionals who want to grow their skills, enhance their performance, and advance the mission of their enterprise. I consider our time together to be the kind of sacred safe space necessary for such growth — a space in which you can be honest and vulnerable, without fear of exposing yourself to the harsh and often unrelenting criticism of others. There will be times when our focus will be on technical or managerial issues while on other occasions, we will concentrate on the difficult work of transformative leadership. The best leaders work with a coach, and you should too!
